"I thought I was invincible."

Like most high-achievers, I spent years buying the myth that success requires sacrifice. I climbed the ladder, hit every target, and pushed through exhaustion believing that 'someday' I'd get around to my health.

Then my body made the decision for me. The burnout wasn't a long weekend's worth of tiredness — it was a systemic collapse that forced me to rebuild everything I knew about performance, leadership and what success was actually costing me.

We need to stop wearing exhaustion as a badge of honour. True leadership is sustainable.

Now I combine fifteen years inside boardrooms with extensive training in coaching and NLP to help leaders avoid the cliff-edge I fell over — and discover the work they're actually capable of when they stop running on fumes.
